Forest View is a new residential development located off of Ward Hill Rd in Henrietta NY that consists of 46 townhomes with multiple options for floor plans. LG Evans has been contracted to provide a full scope of sitework improvements from land clearing, erosion control measures, mass earthwork, sanitary and water utilities for services to each lot, a developed storm water management system including three ponds and a bioretention area, as well as site finishes not limited to curbing, gutters, sidewalks, asphalt pavement, and landscaping.
