Pintail Crossing Apartments

In May 2018, LG Evans was awarded the Pintail Crossing affordable housing project located in Farmington, NY by Conifer-Lechase Construction. Pintail Crossing is a large multi-unit housing development consisting of 125 – 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment units. The development is equipped with a community room, fitness room, computer lab and laundry center. The project has been broken out into 2 phases; Phase 1A consists of 3 apartment buildings and a community center. Phase 1 B includes work on 5 additional apartments buildings. Crews are boxing out the roadways and installing subbase for paving, curbing and gutters. Utilities are being worked on and water has been completed and passed testing requirements.
